Tag it
Every garment gets a tag linked to its order at the counter. Print QR tags on a thermal printer or use heat-sealed RFID, your choice.

Ramakso tags every item at the counter, photographs its condition, tracks it through the wash and finds it in one search. From the first bag of the morning to the last delivery of the night.
A day at the counter
Follow one ordinary Monday at a two-counter shop. Every ticket opens the matching step in How it works.
What it does
The tag goes on at the counter and stays with the garment until it goes home. Everything else hangs off it.

Anatomy of a tag
A tag number is short on purpose. Behind it sits the full record of the item, written as it moves through your shop, not typed in afterwards.

Help, upfront
No. QR tags print on any standard 2-inch thermal label printer and survive a normal wash when sewn or pinned. For high-volume or hotel linen, heat-sealed RFID tags can be read in bulk without unpacking a bag. You can mix both in the same shop.
Every item has an intake photo and a condition note, timestamped and attached to the order. If damage happens in your shop, the timeline shows which stage. If it was already there, the photo settles it. Damage reports go to staff for a decision. Nothing is auto-resolved or auto-charged.
Yes. Each order message includes a private tracking link that shows the same timeline your staff see, minus internal notes. On the Route and Chain plans, customers can also book pickups and pay in the customer app.
Ramakso includes billing: per item, per kg, express surcharges and package rates, with receipts by WhatsApp or print. If you keep a separate accounting tool, daily sales and payments export as CSV.
Most single-outlet shops go live in one day. We load your price list, set up racks and printers, and run your first day of orders alongside your staff. Multi-outlet chains usually take a week, outlet by outlet.
A 45-minute session on your own counter data: we set up your price list, print your first tags and walk your staff through intake, racks and pickup. You leave with a working shop, not a slide deck.
