How it works
One laundry day,
from first bag to shutters down.
Ramakso follows the way a laundry already runs. Here is a full day in seven steps, with the screens your staff use at each one.
- 8:30
01Intake
The customer hands over a bag. Staff scan or print a tag for each item, take one photo, choose the service, and the price list does the maths.
- One tag per item, linked to the order and the customer
- A condition photo with a timestamp, plus a quick note for marks or damage
- Care instructions and prices applied from your own rate card

02Sorting
Items are grouped by fabric, colour and treatment as they come in, not by whoever has time to read the slips later.
- Batches built from care labels and services selected at intake
- Delicates and flagged items kept apart from the main wash
- Express orders float to the top of every queue

03Wash floor
Floor staff see what goes in which machine. One scan moves a whole batch to the next stage, so the timeline writes itself.
- Machine assignments with cycle, temperature and detergent notes
- One scan per stage: washed, dried, pressed, folded
- Items that miss their due time show up in red before the customer notices

04Exceptions
A stain that will not lift, a torn seam, a silk that should not go in water. Ramakso flags it, staff decide, and the customer is asked before anything risky happens.
- Stains, tears and fabric risks flagged with the intake photo attached
- Customer approval requests by WhatsApp or SMS, with the price change shown
- Nothing is auto-resolved: every decision is made and recorded by a person

05Ready & racked
Finished items go on a rack and the slot is scanned. The customer gets a message with the total and a link to pay.
- Rack and slot recorded for every ready item
- Messages sent when the whole order is ready, not item by item
- Collection is one scan at the counter, with payment recorded

06Pickups & deliveries
Booked pickups and ready deliveries are planned into one route. Riders get the stops in order and capture proof at every door.
- Routes ordered by distance and time windows
- Rider app with stop list, bag scan and customer contact
- Proof of delivery: photo and time, attached to the order

07Close
Before the shutters come down, the day closes itself: every item counted, every rack checked, every payment due listed.
- End-of-day count by stage, rack and outlet
- Items ready but not yet collected, oldest first
- Payments due and cash at the counter reconciled
